Boarding

Our North Simcoe Veterinary Services location on Rumney Road is once again offering boarding services!

Our small kennel specializes in providing care to dogs who:
– are not comfortable in groups
– are reactive
– require post-surgical care
– have special needs
– are at their best with individual attention
However, all are welcome!

All kennels are indoors and meet or exceed the standards outlined in the Code of Practice for Canadian Kennel Operations.

All five daily walks are one-on-one, with a beautiful view of the valley and the fresh smell of hay fields.

Our pooches are given breed and age-appropriate exercise and play throughout their stay.

We are dedicated to ensuring your pet is as comfortable as possible during their stay with us. That is why all of our kennels are furnished with a cozy orthopedic cot. This is especially important for our senior citizens- evenly distributing their weight and reducing pressure points. To maintain a comforting space, we also use species appropriate pheromonatherapy and environmental enrichment throughout
the day.

If you would like more information about boarding your cat or exotic pet, please contact us.

All pets must be fully vaccinated 7 days prior to boarding and must be treated with a flea preventative during the winter, and with flea & tick preventative during the spring, summer and fall.

To find out if our boarding facility is right for your pet- please call the clinic and ask to speak to our Kennel Manager, Beth.
