Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. We do reserve slots each day for sick or urgent cases – as such, please note that we may sometimes book further ahead for vaccines or other routine care.
Out of respect for our staff and our other clients & their pets, we request owners to arrive on time to benefit from their full timeslot with our veterinary team. If you will be unable to make a planned appointment, please alert our staff as soon as possible so that we can reschedule you, and also accommodate another sick pet for that time.
